The late Deputy Village Manager, Dan Sarnoff, will be memorialized with the dedication of the Hillside Avenue Bridge to him. Sarnoff was instrumental in the rehabilitation of the bridge which was originally built in 1936 and reconstructed when the Village obtained grant funding from New York State in 2018. The memorial will be held on October 21, 2024, at 5:15 pm at the bridge.
Sarnoff died suddenly on May 23rd of this year. He had worked for the Village since January 2010. He was well respected by all with whom he worked and is sorely missed.
