Agnes Galvao, a longtime Mamaroneck resident, passed away January 9, 2024, at age 95. She was born August 23, 1928 to Frank & Louise (nee Galasso) Selino. Agnes enjoyed playing golf and spent many years as a member of Leewood Golf Club. She enjoyed playing bingo and her Friday night card games with the ladies. She was also a member of the “Centurettes”. Agnes enjoyed spending time with her family, hosting every Christmas Eve and fun times at her pool. Agnes is the beloved wife of the late Manuel “Manny” Galvao. She leaves behind her cherished daughters, Karen Mignarri (Michael), Debra Genovese (Andrew), Cindy Galvao-Luzzi (Frank), and Lynn Buehler (Carl), along with 9 loving grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is the dear sister of Marie Holly, Peter Testa (Dolores), and the late, Angelo “Gus” Selino and Victoria Vicinanza.
