Mamaroneck Observer

Attention All Village Voters!

There is a local election for a Trustee and Mayor on the Board of Trustees. In-person voting is on Tuesday, November 7th.

Trustee Nora Lucas is challenged by Mallory Call Chinn for Trustee. A Trustee is a part-time position with an annual salary of $7,530 (2023/2024 budget).

The Mamaroneck Observer asked each candidate for a statement: Tell us about yourself (in 500 words or less) and the unique perspective you will bring to a 5 member board of trustees, each of whom has an equal vote in establishing law and policy for the Village of Mamaroneck. What issues are important and what voice/relevant experience will you bring to the board? Why should you be elected (or re-elected)?
